We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times as we work diligently to fulfill your orders with the highest quality and care.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, any issues related to missing packages or delays must be addressed directly with the shipping company. We encourage our customers to track their shipments and reach out to the carrier with any inquiries or concerns. No refunds on custom items. No refunds if items are lost during shipping. We will provide you with your tracking number to track all orders.
