Custom Item Notice

Due to items being made custom and therefore not able to resell, we do not offer refunds on custom items. If an item is in dispute, we can possibly come to an agreement to have an item remade. Turn around time is 5-7 days during normal business, but during high season turn around time can increase. Please be sure to check TAT. 

Shipping Notice

Once an item leaves the hands of Full Cart Official staff and enter the hands of the shipper, we are not responsible for any damages or delays during shipping. Each item will come with a tracking number. Please reach out to the shipper for any questions regarding packages.
